We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on razors and body care products that remain in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging; ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
